This book contains the refereed proceedings of the 11th International Workshop on Business Process Modeling, Development and Support (BPMDS 2010) and the 15th International Conference on Exploring Modeling Methods for Systems Analysis and Design (EMMSAD 2010), held together with the 22nd International Conference on Advanced Information Systems Engineering (CAiSE'10) in Hammamet, Tunisia, in June 2010. The 13 papers accepted for BPMDS were selected from 27 submissions and cover a wide spectrum of issues related to multi-dimensional perspectives on business processes. The 14 papers accepted for EMMSAD were accepted from 22 submissions and focus on exploring, evaluating, and enhancing information modeling methods and methodologies.
