This book constitutes the proceedings of the Third International Conference on Hybrid Learning, ICHL 2010, held in Beijing, China, in August 2010. The 50 contributions presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 225 submissions. In addition two keynote talks are included in this book.
